Shipping Information

SHIPPING RATES:

Worldwide Shipping: 7 – 10 days ( in normal conditions )

The rate will be calculated at the checkout.

* Our Main House is located in Shenzhen China and most of the goods are shipped from China. Products on demand might have a different distributor or shipping location, products such as printed tank tops, T-shirts, or accessories. For that reason, it can be that the goods are shipped in more than one parcel coming from different locations and countries.

  

-Under normal conditions ( excluding pre-sales, sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and collection launches) once your order has been received and processed, if it is in stock, we ship within 48 hours. If the style is by stock counting mistake, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

 -Goods sold on Pre-Order bases have their own shipping date. Please check the product description for the shipping date.

-There are no returns on undergarments ( underwear, singlets, jockstraps ) clearance items, pre-orders, or items on demand.

 

-Due to the high volume of orders during a sale or special event ( like Pride month, Black Friday, Christmas, or collection launch ) please allow additional time for delivery.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped daily, excluding non-business days and holidays. Please allow up to ten (15 ) business days for your order to arrive. Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, pandemic, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address.

You will receive the shipment tracking information via Email when your order ships. To avoid missing any notifications, please make sure that contact@4-hunks.com has been added to your address book. You are responsible to track your order and to be present (at the given shipping address ) to receive your order after receiving the tracking link via email.

Please also check with your local post if there are any delays or issues with receiving posts in your area. This can avoid misunderstandings and delays in your shipment. And please clarify any issues with your local post or customs in your country regards to your shipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on imported shipments. These fees are not enforced by us and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These fees (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees deemed necessary for the release of your shipment; please check with your local post office for more information. We are required to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments and are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker or claim it as a gift.

We are not responsible for packages held by customs. Customers are solely responsible for being aware of and fully complying with all laws pertaining to the importing of materials purchased on our website. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us.

To minimize cases of fraud, international orders may take additional processing time while we verify your payment method information. In some cases, Customer Service may contact international customers and require that they provide additional means of authorization before an order can be shipped.

We will not falsify or in any way misrepresent the declared value of an international shipment. The full amount of all purchased items will be listed on the customs declaration.
